I absolutely and completely recommend this book as a must read。 I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to read an advanced copy, I have been blown away by this book! Jonathan Blitzer so brilliantly and with great care shows the hows and whys that led to the US’s present immigration crisis。 It’s such an in depth look with epic fact checking of history, great sources & such respect for the stories he presents to us。 Honestly, this book means so much to me as many of the stories mirror what s I absolutely and completely recommend this book as a must read。 I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to read an advanced copy, I have been blown away by this book!
